The Bedroom & The House: Large En-suite room suitable for 2 or 1 person who don’t mind share the bed, featuring a private balcony. The house will be shared with 2 other people (all working full-time). We are looking for someone clean, quiet, and a non-smoker. Pet-Friendly Rules: We only accept small-sized pets. The pet must be fully trained to do its business outside. Note: According to building/management rules, it is strictly forbidden for the pet to use the balcony for its needs. The animal must be quiet (no barking/noise to avoid disturbing the neighbors) and well-behaved (does not scratch or damage the furniture).
