Our roommate is moving back to Galway, so we have a spare room available. It comes with your own private bathroom(bathtub included) and, if you need it, a parking space in the garage. The apartment is in a safe, quiet neighbourhood right next to a calm small river, and it's well connected: the 161 to Dundrum stops right outside, and the 74 and 15B run straight into the city centre. We are a young couple, pretty relaxed but on the calmer side — no parties or loud music in the house, though we do like doing things together now and then.
