Lovely spacious single bedroom available from the end of June. The price is inclusive of all bills, so no extras.The room would suit somebody attending a short summer course for the summer or international students beginning their college term in September. We are a 2 minute walk to TUD but are also located in a central location for Trinity University, DCU, RCSI and the city centre. We are close by to bus stops and a Luas station. Two large supermarkets (Tesco and Lidl) are within a 3 minute walk from the house. We are a friendly house but respect the quiet and privacy of each other. Non-smokers please.
