A Lovely large, private, quiet and bright single room with own wc and is available from August. The rent is fully inclusive of all bills. Fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. There is a fast Wifi connection throughout the house. House is located in a central location and close to the city centre easly accessed by public transport or a 15 minute cycle. Two large supermarkets are within a 2 minute walk from the house. the room is suitable for a student as we are within easy reach of Trinity, DCU and DIT colleges in Grange Gorman and city centre language schools. The Phoenix Park is a 5 minute walk away. We are a friendly house but respect the quiet and privacy of each other. International students attending summer courses or somebody on work placement or beginning the 2025/27 college year.
