Double room available from end of January in a newly renovated 4 bed 3 bath house. The house has recently been refurbished and is in excellent condition. Person will have sole use of an upstairs bathroom. You’ll be sharing with one other woman in their early 30s who works full time. I'm in the office 2/3 days a week & I’m looking to live with someone similar. Looking for someone who’s easygoing, good craic and happy to hang out from time to time, whether that’s a walk, a coffee or a glass of wine on occasion. This is not a house for sessions or afterparties, however dinner parties, board game nights etc are encouraged and any housemate is welcome to join mine. A tidy and respectful housemate is important.
