Being in the centre of Terenure, the house is within walking distance to plenty of grocery shops, cafes and bushy park. Parking at the house will be available once a permit is obtained. The rent is €840 per month with a €700 deposit required before move in. The room will be available for 1 year, with the possibility of extending and staying on the following year.
