Bills separate to rent (internet/gas/electricity). Refuse cost is included in the rent. Dedicated parking space can be requested from management if needed for an extra 50 per month. Visitor parking available in the complex. Deposit is one months rent. 6 months initially with possibility to extend. Apartment is in an excellent location. 2 min walk to The Gallops LUAS 30 min luas ride to town 5 min drive to M50/N11 Walking distance to cafe, shop (Spar/Dunnes), gym, pharmacy. Nice walks/hikes nearby - Fernhill, Ticknock. 10 min drive to Dundrum Town Centre. Current tenants are two individuals in their 30's.
