Dublin Host Families are proud to offer a single bedroom in this excellent semi detached property located only 10 kilometres from Dublin City Centre. Ideally located close to Baldoyle Industrial Estate, Northern Cross and only a short trip into Dublin City Centre by Dublin Bus, also the Donaghmede DART station is only 10 - 12 minutes walk. All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water) You do not have to pay any security deposit. The minimum stay is 3 months and would be available for up to 6 months. The rate for the rooms would be €135 (single) per week on 5 night per week basis (Sunday afternoons to Friday afternoons). The rate for 7 nights would be €175 (single) per week and would be paid every 4 weeks in advance. Please e mail to check availability or to arrange a visit.
