Rent is €975 per month, including all bills (gas, electricity, WiFi, TV, bins, and alarm), with a €450 fully refundable deposit. The room is bright, spacious, and tucked away at the back of the house, with plenty of storage. The house also features a modern bathroom with an electric shower, a large American-style fridge, and a sunny outdoor patio, ideal for when the weather is good. Located on a quiet residential street just off North Strand, the area is very well connected. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Connolly DART station, 20 minutes to Clontarf DART station, and within easy walking distance of the city centre. There are also excellent bus links nearby, including routes 6, 14, 15, 27, 27A/B, 42, 43, 53, 130, and H1–H3. You’ll be close to great pubs, restaurants, cafés, Lidl, Fairview Park, and Clontarf promenade. You’ll be sharing with a friendly working professional woman in her 30s who enjoys cooking, fitness, gigs, and the occasional drink. As I work from home, WFH is limited to one day per week for the new tenant.
