Parking is available on a secured driveway. The house is equipped with an alarm system for security and is located behind electric gates. The property is situated in a small exclusive neighbourhood, close to Powerscourt House and Gardens, and Enniskerry Village. It provides convenient access to N11/M50. The 185 and 44 bus routes can be found in the village - a 7-minute walk from the house. The tenant is responsible for bills, including (but not limited to) wifi, electricity, oil (central heating and water), bins, and TV license. All bills will be discussed prior to tenancy and a rough guide to monthly costs will be given. The room is available for 12 months.
