**Monday to Friday only rental** Open to duration. Bills included for Mon-Fri in cost. Room available to rent in a comfortable quiet home. 2 story terrace house close to Fairview Park and village. Lots of bus routes in the area, 20 min walk to Bus Aras/Luas/Connolly Station. Supermarkets, seafront and gyms close by. We are looking for someone 5 nights per week, arriving Sunday evenings/Monday morning, leaving Friday mornings for the weekend. Would ideally suit a student or someone travelling to Dublin Monday to Friday for work/training/study. Travelling home for weekends. One shared bathroom with shower. One shared kitchen with amenities, microwave, oven, fridge, etc. Dining room with sofa, and a separate sitting room. 2 people living here currently, working from home full time. Duvet and pillows provided, if needed. Bed linen, towels, etc. not provided. Non smoker. No pets. Send some information about your hobbies and lifestyle etc.
