Bright and spacious double en-suite room available in a lovely residential area. There are a number of amenities close by, including grocery shops, with Dundrum Shopping Centre just a 20-minute walk away. There are also a number of convenient transport links nearby. You would be sharing the apartment with just myself. I’m looking for someone friendly, grounded and easygoing, who enjoys having their own space but is also happy to have a friendly and comfortable relationship with their housemate. I enjoy a calm home environment and would ideally suit someone with a similar lifestyle. Keeping the apartment clean and comfortable is important to me, so someone who naturally takes care of their surroundings would be a great fit. I will only considering applications from single applicant working professionals, as the apartment isn’t suitable for those in education, couples or working from home. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who has their own routine and is out and about during the day.
