The room is available from the end of April and will require a deposit aswel as 1st month's rent. Bills shared between housemates. Location on father russle road, close to bus stops, Raheen industrial estate, 2km walk to UHL, Mungret park, Russles pub and all amenities near. Less than 5km to the city centre.
