Single bedroom, built in wardrobe, kettle and superfast internet (240MB). Main bathroom shared with other person renting a room, they are generally here a couple of nights a week. Suitable for a quiet, tidy and non-smoking person. This is not a party house. Currently living in the house is a young professional and other person renting a room works in healthcare.
