Hi! I have a lovely, spacious kingsize ensuite double room available in a quiet and secure culdesac home. The room comes fully furnished with a comfortable kingsize bed, a table and chair if you need to work/ study, plenty of storage, and your own private bathroom with instant hot water. The house has a bright, southeast–facing kitchen and garden that get lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, washing machine, and dryer. A BBQ machine will also be added soon, perfect for enjoying the summer. There’s also a separate gym shed in the garden if you like to keep active. The living room is a cosy shared space with a 75inch TV for movie nights and a piano if you enjoy music. You’ll be sharing the home with me—a friendly, easygoing female professional in my early 30s. I’m looking for someone ( female preferred)who is tidy, considerate, and friendly, and who’d like to make this place feel like a home to enjoy together. The location is very convenient: -About a 7minute walk to Lidl and Eurospar -Around 5 minutes to bus stops with C1 and C2 routes to the city centre (roughly 30minute commute) Bills will be shared.
