As the live-in owner, I have spent years renting in Dublin and have experienced firsthand the frustration of living in dirty houses with disastrous kitchens and neglected bathrooms. Because I know exactly how stressful that is, I deeply understand the value of a clean home and am fully committed to protecting the standard of this property. We are looking for individuals who share this mindset and are naturally clean, organized, and proactive about maintaining communal spaces. Compliance with house cleanliness and basic house rules is completely non-negotiable. To ensure a peaceful, hygienic, and premium living environment for everyone, any ongoing failure to respect these standards or the shared spaces will result in being asked to find alternative accommodation.
