About Firhouse/Ballycullen, D24, Firhouse, Dublin 24
Description
Bright, newly decorated, spacious double attic bedroom with private ensuite, three Velux windows with lots of natural light giving a lovely view of the Dublin Mountains, and plenty of hanging and drawer storage. A private staircase to give plenty of privacy and quiet for rest and study. There's a metal whiteboard and plenty of floor space. Available from immediately. There's a large study/work desk and a comfortable office chair, a very comfortable bed with all necessary bedding and towels provided. There's a coffee/hot water machine in the bedroom but also full access to the kitchen and facilities. All utility bills are included, including high speed internet access with reasonable use of electricity, hot water etc. NO smoking or vaping - NOT negotiable. Looking for someone who can be tidy and respectful of the shared spaces. You are very welcome to come and enjoy time with the family and relax with our two dogs (scruffy lurchers) in our large living areas. There is a spare space in the driveway if it's needed. This property is walkable to TU Tallaght or Tallaght Hospital in 30 mins, driveable in 10-15 mins depending on the time of day, or there are a variety of buses from the main bus stop (Old Bawn Shopping Centre) that get you there in a few stops. However, someone looking to attend a Dublin City college or business could also find it convenient, particularly as the price is 'All-in' so less budgeting required. With a 3 mins stroll to bus stops, there are several buses; S8, S6, F1, 65B, and a little further on you can get the 77a (with a night bus option 77n). Dundrum, Dublin City, Dun Laoghaire, and Tallaght are all very accessible from here and you can connect to the DART from some of the bus routes. From Tallaght you can get the Red Line LUAS to Dublin City and they run frequently. There are plenty of green spaces within minutes; Ballycragh Park, Dodder Valley Park, Cherryfield Park (The Wier) and also Watergate Park and Tymon Park not too far away. It's a reasonably quiet, safe, residential area. We are between Scholar's Pub and The Old Mill Lounge.
