The apartment is shared with two friendly, working and studying girls who value a quiet, tidy, and respectful home. The room is fully furnished with a bed linen set, a nightstand, a desk with chair, and a spacious wardrobe, plus additional suitcase storage on the balcony. The bathroom is brand new, large, and completely private (not shared), featuring a bathtub. There is no living room. There is no formal contract, but a written private agreement outlining the house rules and conditions will be shared by email and must be read and approved by both parties.
