Ground floor with own-door entrance. Washer/dryer inside flat. Large garden behind building. Off-street parking available. Pet-friendly. Maintained by large, responsive, professional company. About your room: Double bed, folds up to reveal desk. En-suite with shower. Good size closet. Two big bright windows. About your roommate: American female, 38, recently graduated UCD library programme and now working at NCI. Tidy, mature, and quiet seeking same! About the lease: One-year lease began in August 2024. Lease is now month-to-month, and will remain in place until tenants decided to end it. Seeking new roommate to take over lease for previous roommate (while I also stay named on the lease).
