In quite house, and area., City end of Boreenmanna Road. Three people ( Male) Already staying in the house,but you would be sharing the bathroom with 2 others, only. Bus stops for town and Mahon outside the door, 10 minutes walk to town, 5 minutes walk to St.Finbarrs, and South Infirmary. No Working from Home. The rent is €175 per week. Two weeks deposit plus 1 weeks rent on moving in. Gas and Electricity are shared equally between four. This is a NO SMOKING, and no party house. I will be replying to applicants by phone only.
