The room is only available from Monday to Friday (4 nights). It is available for short (two-month minimum) or long-term rent. It is not suitable for WFH. It would likely suit someone commuting to Galway. It's a single room with a fitted wardrobe and a new bed and mattress. The shared bathroom has a power shower. The rent includes all bills (Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, and bins). There is onsite parking and a shed for a bike. The house is owner-occupied by a remote worker and there is one tenant. The The house is about a five-minute drive to the Prom, a 10-minute drive to NUIG and University Hospital Galway, and a 15-minute drive to ATU. The 412 bus goes to NUIG and Eyre Square and stops just outside the estate. The house is also close to Aldi, Lidl, and Dunnes in Knocknacarra.
