Situated just off the N25, this is a lovely bright spacious room with a brand new single bed & mattress, located in a quiet estate with easy access to motorway and bus stop is 700mts away. Train station is also 1.7kms from here. Mace is close by. Centra and aldi is only a five minutes drive. House is shared with owner. There is a big bathroom with bath which I’ll also be using during the weekend. I’ve my own shower so weekdays won’t be a problem. You’ll have the whole bathroom to yourself during the weekdays. Bus stops outside the estate. House is a short walk from Midleton town centre. Beaches are only a 15 minute drive away. Cork city center is 20 mins drive. Bedding & towels also supplied if required. You will have your own space in fridge, and cupboards for your food. One week’s rent and first week upfront required(deposit). The living room is not shared and keeping it private for my own use.
