Hi Guys, We’re 3 girls, some working in office/lab looking for a 4th to join our house We’re all mid-20s and would love someone on a similar vibe—easygoing, sociable, and up for a chat. We all do our own thing day-to-day, but we also like hanging out/watching movies, going for the odd pint or event, or just chilling in the living room together. There’s space in the driveway (fits 3 cars, 2 of us currently have cars). We’re about a 10-minute walk from Raheny and Kilbarrack DART stations, and there are loads of buses (H1, H2, H3) into the city commute is about about 20 mins in. Close to st annes park and the sea. Bills (gas, electricity, WiFi, bins) are split evenly and usually come to around €70/month depending on the time of year. Rent is €812.50/month and deposit is one month’s rent.
