You’d be sharing with just one other person, so it’s a calm and peaceful home. The room has direct access to a large balcony, and you’ll also have use of a bathroom that’s essentially your own (would only be used very occasionally by the rare guest). Location is ideal – less than a 5-minute walk to the DART and close to several bus routes (4, 7, 7A, S6, S8). Aldi, SuperValu and M&S all less than a 5-minute walk away. A bit about me: I’m a mid-30s professional woman working from home. I’m ideally looking for someone who’s working full-time outside the home and enjoys a relaxed home environment.
