# Double Room Available in Blackrock – 23 November Hi everyone! I have a double room available in Blackrock from **23 November**, suitable for either a single person or a couple. 2bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment **Rent and deposit:** - Bills are not included in the rent. - One month's rent and one month's deposit are required. **A bit about the location:** The apartment is in a great location, with Frascati Shopping Centre right on our doorstep, where you'll find Aldi, Marks & Spencer, and plenty of restaurants and cafés. Blackrock Village is just across the street, with even more places to eat or grab a coffee. - DART station is about a 5-minute walk. - Bus routes S6, 4, 7 and 7A in front of the complex. - Direct bus to Dublin Airport. - Parking space available. **Who you'll be sharing with:** You'll be sharing the apartment with just one guy (me!). I work mostly from home, and I'm pretty chilled. I work out around four times a week, enjoy cooking, reading and having good company around. I'm looking for someone friendly, respectful, clean and tidy who will treat the apartment like their own home. **A few house rules:** I'm quite relaxed, but there are a few things that are important to me: - Strictly no parties, smoking, vaping or pets. - Please clean up after yourself, especially after cooking. - Common areas must be cleaned every week, with no exceptions. Nothing too complicated, really! Just basic consideration for the person you're living with and keeping the apartment a nice place for everyone. **A bit about the paperwork:** The rental contract will be arranged through the agency, so previous rental references and work references will be required as part of the process.
