Bathroom will be shared with another girl who stays in another bedroom. Two buses right outside door. One bus direct to city in approx. 20mins. Other bus direct to Beaumont Hospital in approx. 15 mins. 5km to airport and 25mins on two buses. Ample parking for €20 per car for the year. Bins provided. Internet, electricity and gas will be split between all tenants. House is very warm and doesn’t require much heating at all. Bills somewhere between €40-€70 per month.
