The house is newly renovated with a lovely garden, including a garden bench and parking. You will be able to walk down to the water to swim; there are mobile saunas nearby and lovely roads for running/cycling. You can walk to Connollys of Leap (event venue), which has a new outdoor stage and interesting gigs throughout the year. You can get to Cork from the house in less than an hour. The kitchen is new and has plenty of space. The bills, refuse, electricity and wifi are shared between the 4 rooms. Great to have common interests.
