A great 2 bedroom apartment, in a high rated building and area, Clontarf Dublin 3. Apartment has a shared livingroom and kitchen, large balcony and storage. One bedroom (ensuite) is occupied by myself (female mostly working from home, like the outsides and a good wine, no loud parties, please share a few details too). My current housemate left the apartment and Im looking for someone else starting immediately . The bedroom in the photos has its own bathroom right across from the hallway (almost ensuite :) Rent, electricity and internet are equally split. Heat runs on electricity with a pretty good rating. Full rent is 2330/month. There are shops (Super Value, Lotts, lidl) all sorts of caffes and pubs in the area). Bus station to city center is right in front of the gate, 15 min by bus to Spire, direct bus to Blanchardstown, dart station 7 min away. Westwood gym next to dart station. Parks and beach very close.
