Hello! We have 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom available from May 7, 2024. We (1 guy from Switzerland, 1 girl from Spain, both working full-time) are looking for a quiet, tidy and clean person to share our 3-bed, 4-bath house located in Cherrywood, D18. The house is 3 minutes away from the green LUAS (Cherrywood) and next to bus lines 7/84/111/145. A coffee shop, Tesco express, gym and park are nearby, and there's free parking outdoors. One of us owns a well-behaved indoor cat. The rent is 980 EUR (1300 EUR for couples). One month deposit is required. The house has two floors and a bright, fully equipped kitchen/dining area, with a balcony and wash machine + dryer. There's a large, separate living room with nice views on Killiney hill and the sea.
