The room is very large with a private, modern en-suite, set in a detached home with two living rooms, a large, bright kitchen, and a sunny garden ideal for relaxing after work. The neighborhood is exceptionally safe and green with excellent walking and cycling routes on the doorstep. Who this suits? We’re looking someone who values a calm, tidy home, who is happy to maintain high hygiene standards (clean as you go, keep the en suite spotless, & share weekly chores for common areas). If you have references that is a plus fantastic. Non-smoking home. . Location & connectivity: ~15-20 min walk to LUAS Green Line (Carrickmines) — be at St Stephen’s Green.
