The room is very large with a private, modern en-suite, set in a detached home with two living rooms, a large, bright kitchen, and a sunny garden — ideal for relaxing after work. The neighborhood is exceptionally safe and green with excellent walking and cycling routes on the doorstep. Who this suits? We’re looking someone who values a calm, tidy home, who is happy to maintain high hygiene standards (clean as you go, keep the en-suite spotless, & share weekly chores for common areas).
