Viewings available for a small single room available for rent from July 1st, in a shared house. The room comes furnished with a single bed, a bedside locker with two drawers, and a wardrobe. The main bathroom (located upstairs) is shared with three others. The house is located in a quiet residential area, just a 5-minute walk from the Green Luas line. There is also a parking space available in the drive. We all get along really well in the house but enjoy our own time too. Looking for a friendly likeminded person who contributes their part to the house to keep it clean and peaceful. There is currently 3 female, one male in our 20s living here. Rent is €591 per month, with utilities shared (roughly 60-80p/m). Upon moving in, the first month's rent plus a deposit (equivalent to one month’s rent) will be required.
