Female Room Available | Room in Whitehall My partner and I are looking for a female to rent a room in our cozy home in Whitehall, close to Albert College Park, with supermarkets nearby, a 24-hour bus service, and a bus stop right outside the house. The property is quite new and has three bedrooms, but we only rent out one room. We prefer to keep the house quiet and uncrowded, creating a calm, comfortable, and respectful living environment. The neighbourhood is safe and friendly, with a lovely green area right in front of the house and a shopping centre just an 11-minute walk away. Rent: €1,000/month + deposit of the same amount. Move-in date: Negotiable. Bathroom: Shared. You’ll be sharing the house with just us and two lovely Pomeranians. Our current flatmate is moving abroad, so we’re looking for someone who is already settled in Ireland and is looking for a place to truly call home. We enjoy having friends over occasionally, but this is not a party house. Please note: * This room is for one female only. Two people are not accepted, even though the room has a double bed. * Unfortunately, we cannot accept any other pets, as our two dogs are afraid of other animals. * Being a dog lover is a must, as we have two very sweet and affectionate dogs who are part of the family.
