Ideally located close to TU Dublin (Tallaght), and only a short stroll to LUAS Red Line The Square Stop plus many bus routes 54 / 65 / 77a. All household bills are included (gas, electric, cable, wifi, water) There is also a continental style breakfast included in the price. You do not have to pay any security deposit. The rate for the room is €150 per week and this is paid every 4 weeks in advance. This room would be available for minimum 3 months and up to the full academic year.
