Near to Blanchardstown village and all bus services to City etc. Convenient to Connolly Hospital/Blanchardstown Centre All local restaurants and leisure activities. All major Supermarkets within walking distance. The house is all access for residents and has back and front gardens with garage and attic for extra storage space. Common access to all areas of the house for all residents. All cooking utensils /Cutlery/Pots and pans etc. available . We have a very friendly Labrador dog who lives inside so person must be dog tolerant. As the house is owner occupied it is not a party house but friends and relations are welcome at all times. Rent is payable at the start of each month by bank transfer and a full deposit deposit of one months rent is required to secure room, plus reference from collage or work as appropriate.
