Detached dormer bungalow, in a beautiful scenic country area, walking distance to grocery shop, 10 minutes drive from Cashel and Dundrum, 15 minutes from Tipperary Town, 25 minutes from Clonmel and Thurles. Garden, patio, parking. Applicants must have a car. Sharing with a female working professional. Must be a dog lover, one indoor labradoodle.
