3 MONTHS Temporary Double Room. Double room in Inchicore/Kilmainham, Dublin 8. Looking for a clean and easy-going person. The room is available from the 2nd of February for 3 months. Rent is €900 + bills (electricity, internet, gas). Deposit is one month’s rent (€900). Location: Serviced by Red Line Luas (1-minute walk) and Dublin Bus routes 13, 68, G1 and G2 Groceries, restaurants, cafes, and amenities: 5 to 10 minute walk A bit about us: We’re a gay couple in our early 30s. We both work Monday-Friday (one mostly from home, one mostly from the office). Outside of work, we like to exercise, go to cultural events (broadly defined!), chill at home and hang out with friends. We don’t smoke and only occasionally go for drinks. We’re enjoying living so close to Inchicore village and hope you’ll like it too. The room is available for only 3 months because we have some renovation work scheduled in May that will require the house to be vacated.
