It also has one car parking space outside the house with plenty of on-street parking around the house. The house is in walking distance to the N4, 14 and 16 bus routes. It is also very close to the M50. Within walking distance is Beaumont Hospital, Omni Shopping Centre and Drumcondra with easy access to shops, pharmacies, gyms, pubs and restaurants. We are three outgoing and friendly females who like to keep the place clean and tidy.
