It’s on the fourth floor in a secure gated community. There is a lift in the building. You will be sharing the apartment with only myself (Woman in 20s working in the city). The apartment is well situated in a lovely area in Whitehall. It is well connected to both town and the airport and close to DCU and Beaumont Hospital. There are many bus routes into town (19,16,44,41,1) nearby at a stop only a two minute walk from the apartment. There are also two airport routes on the road (16&19) and a Centra nearby. As well as your own bedroom and private bathroom there is also a great communal space including an open plan living room, kitchen and balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle and a washer/dryer. The living room has a tv and there are gorgeous views from the floor to ceiling windows in it. The balcony looks out on to the very beautiful gardens at the apartment which you can also freely use. The apartment has free underground parking that always has plenty of open spaces which you can avail off. Bills are included in the rent apart from the electricity bill. The rent is €1,100 a month.
