There is a relaxed atmosphere in the apartment that we are eager to maintain. The complex is well maintained with plenty of unallocated parking, bike shed, and bins all available underground. The apartment is ideally situated and is well serviced by many bus routes into town as well as being within 10 minutes of the M50. There are a number of shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. Bills are not included in the rent (electricity once every two months and TV/Internet once a month).
