One bedroom is available in a 5-bedroom house located in Ringsend Road. Fully equipped kitchen, living room and one shared bathroom (shower only) on the ground floor. Please note: This room is on the top floor, accessed by two flights of stairs. We are all female working professionals in our late twenties and early thirties and are looking for someone to move in from the 11th January 2026. We have a social, respectful, quiet atmosphere in the house and it's something we want to maintain. We are looking for someone friendly and considerate. We have a cleaning schedule and the house is cleaned once a week, and we keep it clean during the week. Cleaning is quite important for the house and everyone is responsible for cleaning up after themselves. The house is well located in Gran Canal doc, only 30 minutes walk from the city centre, there are 2X Tescos within 10-minute walking distance, restaurants and pubs. There's a bus stop just 3 minutes away with access to main routes. The room is 720.00 per month and the bills are about 30-80 per month, including the Internet.
