This 2BHK apartment is currently under a one-year lease, concluding at the end of September 2026. Each room and the main hall feature balconies. A private, unattached washroom is provided with the room. The kitchen and living areas will be shared between two occupants. The room will become available at the end of May. On-site parking is available for a monthly fee. Utilities, including electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi, are not included in the rent and will be billed separately, estimated at approximately €200-€250 bi-monthly for two individuals. A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent (€1250) is required and payable directly to the landlord. A formal rental agreement will be provided. Rent has to be paid by 1st of every month.
