The available room is large, bright, and fully furnished, featuring a king-sized bed, bedside table, private en-suite (shower only), and a small walk-in closet. About the apartment: • Spacious, modern, and well-kept with plenty of storage • 5-minute walk to Stillorgan Luas stop (25 mins to St Stephen’s Green) • Aldi and Dunnes both less than 5 minutes away • Quiet, convenient area close to shops, cafés, and gyms Rent & Bills: • €1,132 per month (current rate, to be confirmed with the agency) • Electricity/Gas: around €90 each in summer and €150 in winter • Internet: about €20 each (currently renegotiating the contract) A bit about me — I work in marketing and am hybrid, usually in the office a few days a week.
