House would suit an individual looking for their own space. House very quiet and calm. House has been totally newly decorated and modified with extra insulation on exterior walls. New windows. New built in kitchen and appliances, new floors and bathroooms etc. 2bathrooms in house in total. House is kept very clean so would suit a very clean, tidy and respectful person. House is very quiet at night so looking for considerate housemates. Would suit a non smoker only. The room is beside the main bathroom and most of the time would only be used by the new tenant so almost like an en-suite, this can be explained further. Kishoge train station is just a 10minute walk through a short cut not shown on google maps, with very quick access (16minutes) to Heuston station, and further into the city on week days. One months rent and deposit in advance. Bills not included but are relatively low depending on usage, for example I never use the gas heating during summer months, and very little in spring, due to it being a well insulated house.
