Just to note that we have a small dog in the house too. There is also a large garden with a summer terrace and an additional car parking space available in the driveway. The rent is 850 euros per month, excluding bills. The bills will be divided per person on a monthly basis. These come to around €60-€80 for electricity, gas, internet, bins based on a reasonable usage. There is a good bus/train service to city centre.
