Dublin Host Families are proud to offer a ground floor double bedroom in this fabulous end terrace property located only 10 kilometres from Dublin City Centre. Ideally located close to Grange Castle Business Campus, Clondalkin Village with several bus routes close by linking you to Dublin City Centre and beyond (Route numbers 13, 68, 151). Certain household bills are included in the price (gas and electric are not included, they would be shared with the other guests) The Host will seek a small security deposit against breakages that is refunded when leaving the house (1 weeks rent) The rate for the room is €130 per week (single) and it is paid every 4 weeks in advance.
