Available from move in from 23rd Feb. My wife and I own the house and we live here with our 2 daughters (6 and 10 years old). So you would need to be comfortable living with a family. The living room in the house is just for family use, not tenant. The kitchen and garden are shared spaces obviously. The E2, 7b, 7d and 4 bus routes are just a few minutes from the house. Salthill & Monkstown DART station is about a 20 minute walk. There are numerous shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants/fast food outlets just a few minutes from the house. We are also right beside Dun Laoghaire Institute Of Art Design + Technology and Baker's Corner pub.
