2 rooms (double and a single) available as a single rental. Seeking a quiet, respectful tenant. Rooms are part of our family home, a 4 bed semi detached on a quiet cul de sac in Ballinteer. The other double and the box room are retained for our own use but you would have the house to yourself most of the time (we anticipate staying approx 2 weekends a month). Downstairs has separate living room, dining room, and kitchen, off a hall. All are generously sized. The attic is also converted, is set up as a second living room with a double sofa bed that can be used as overflow for occasional guests from time to time (we might also occasionally want to use this room for guests). Upstairs bathroom has a bath with power shower (almost exclusively for your use unless we need to give our toddler a bath on the weekend, as we only have a small ensuite with shower). There is also a small downstairs toilet. Generous front and back gardens. It's a warm house, BER B2 with gas heating and a wood burning stove. There is a patio out the back and a good sized garden. We are asking 2000 euro per month plus utilities (pro rata). No pets, no smoking or vaping (even in gardens, we are firm on this). Plenty of free parking, great neighbours, good transport links. Marlay park and other good amenities nearby.
