Clean, well maintained house with plenty of natural light in a very quiet cul de sac with on street parking. The house is a 3 bed semi with a very large mature garden. You ll be sharing with 2 others. The room itself is a light filled room with plenty of storage space. In terms of locality: - 3 min walk to local shops, 2 pubs and pharmacy - 5 min drive to Dunnes / Spuervalu - 5 min drive to Tymon park and Bushy Park - 1 minute walk to 150 & 82 bus which is frequent. Additionally there is the 15A, F2, 54A and the 9 which are all about 5 minutes walk. - 5 mins drive to M50 - 15 mins drive to Dundrum Town Centre - 10 min walk to local gym 1 months rent and deposit required to secure room. Also would like to see references. Bills will be split (Gas, Electric and Virgin Media) circa 150 euro.
