Monday to Friday only (lower rent which includes bills). Double room available in house sharing with one other and owner in a three bed house with attic conversion. This room does not have en suite but you will not be sharing the bathroom with anyone else since other rooms in the house have en suites. Room has ample wardrobe space with a 32 inch TV. House is in a quiet cul-de-sac with entrance to a lovely park across the road. It’s close to the C1 and C2 bus stops and about a 10-15 min walk to Kishogue train station. Centra and local Italian restaurant are close by along with Grange Castle and all Lucan Amenities such as Liffey Valley, Supervalue shopping center, Tesco and access to the M50/N4. Looking for someone who is quiet, easygoing and tidy. Rent and a months deposit is required.
